We regularly welcome corporate retreats, board meetings, leadership off-sites, team-building weekends, milestone birthdays, anniversary celebrations, family reunions, film and photo productions, and private dinners. If your gathering doesn't fit neatly into one of those categories, our team will help you adapt the space to match.
Peak spring and fall weekends often reserve 6 to 12 months out for larger events, while weekday and off-season dates can sometimes be secured within 2 to 3 months. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a target date so we can hold your preferred availability while you finalize details.
Absolutely. With 94 cabin-inspired rooms and suites, Sky Ranch Lodge can reserve a courtesy room block so your team or celebration guests stay together on the mesa. On-site lodging also gives your group easy access to the gardens, pool, and complimentary 5-mile shuttle throughout the event.
We work with a curated list of trusted Sedona caterers, AV providers, and event planners, and we also welcome outside vendors who meet our insurance and licensing requirements. Our prep kitchen and bar setup make it straightforward for your chosen team to deliver a seamless experience.
Sedona enjoys more than 270 sunny days a year, but we always have a backup plan. Our indoor venues — including The Pavilion and the Lodge Dining Room — can absorb outdoor programs while keeping red-rock views front and center, so your agenda stays on track no matter what the sky decides.

Yes — our venues sit just steps apart on Airport Mesa, so guests can move from an outdoor welcome reception to an indoor dinner and presentation without ever leaving the property. Many retreats use the lawn for morning sessions and an indoor space for afternoon workshops and evening celebrations.
