The Overlook & Pavilion
Adorned with wooden beams, large glass doors, and twinkling lights, The Pavilion opens onto The Overlook — an open-air lawn with sweeping red-rock vistas and signature Sedona sunsets. Together they form one seamless indoor-outdoor venue equally suited to corporate meetings, retreat headquarters, gala dinners, and milestone celebrations. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors blur the line between inside and out, so your agenda flows naturally from breakout sessions on the lawn to candlelit dinners under the beams.

The Overlook & Pavilion accommodates up to 150 guests across 2,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor space, from intimate board meetings of 10 to grand celebrations that flow from the lawn into the main hall.
Event bookings include exclusive use of The Overlook & Pavilion, tables and chairs arranged to your preferred layout, on-site event staff, ample guest parking, and access to the adjacent prep kitchen for your caterer. Our events team will walk you through the full inclusions list when you request a proposal.
Sky Ranch Lodge works with a curated list of trusted Sedona caterers, AV providers, and event planners, and we welcome outside vendors who meet our insurance and licensing requirements.
The Overlook & Pavilion can be configured with projection, sound, and microphone setups for presentations, panels, and keynote sessions. We coordinate AV through our trusted local partners and will confirm equipment needs during your planning call so everything is tested and ready before your guests arrive.
Sky Ranch Lodge regularly hosts corporate retreats, executive off-sites, board meetings, leadership summits, team-building weekends, milestone birthdays, anniversary celebrations, reunions, and private dinners. If you have a unique format in mind, our team will help you adapt the space to fit.
Yes. While Sedona enjoys more than 270 sunny days a year, the indoor pavilion serves as the all-weather backup for gatherings on The Overlook lawn — its floor-to-ceiling glass doors keep the Red Rock views front and center even if monsoon clouds roll in.
Absolutely. Sky Ranch Lodge regularly hosts welcome receptions on the lawn, working breakfasts and lunches in the pavilion, and breakout sessions outdoors so your agenda flows naturally from one space to the next — all on one property with uninterrupted Red Rock views.
Peak spring and fall weekends often book 6 to 12 months ahead for large events, while weekday and off-season dates can sometimes be secured within 2 to 3 months. We recommend requesting a proposal as soon as you have a target date in mind so we can hold your preferred availability.
