Adorned with wooden beams, large glass doors, and twinkling lights, The Pavilion is our signature indoor venue — equally at home as a corporate meeting space, retreat headquarters, gala dinner, or milestone birthday celebration. The Pavilion seats up to 150 guests across its 2,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor space, with The Lookout lawn accommodating the same headcount for open-air gatherings. Intimate board meetings and small celebrations of 10 to 40 guests are equally well suited to the mesa.
Event bookings include exclusive use of your reserved venue space, tables and chairs arranged to your preferred layout, on-site event staff, ample guest parking, and access to the adjacent prep kitchen for your caterer. Yes — The Lookout and The Pavilion sit just steps apart on Airport Mesa, so guests can move from an outdoor welcome reception to an indoor dinner and presentation without ever leaving Sky Ranch Lodge. Many corporate retreats use the lawn for morning breakouts and The Pavilion for afternoon sessions and evening celebrations.
Yes. Sky Ranch Lodge can hold a courtesy room block across our 94 cabin-inspired guest rooms so your team or celebration guests stay together on property. Reserving the lodge as your hotel block also gives your group easy access to the gardens, pool, and complimentary 5-mile shuttle throughout the event.
Sky Ranch Lodge works with a curated list of trusted Sedona caterers, AV providers, and event planners, and we welcome outside vendors who meet our insurance and licensing requirements. The Pavilion's prep kitchen and full bar setup make it easy for your team to deliver a seamless experience.
The Pavilion can be configured with projection, sound, and microphone setups for presentations, panels, and keynote sessions. We coordinate AV through our trusted local partners and will confirm equipment needs during your planning call so everything is tested and ready before your guests arrive.
